From the questioning to the self-doubt, it can break us inside. From research, I’ve found that constantly overthinking can lead to depression, stress and anxiety. Haven’t you noticed that overthinking may be the reason why that job application doesn’t get filled out or we get anxious to message the person that could enhance our career? It’s because we always think about what could go wrong rather than what could go right. It’s hard but there are steps you could take to slowly combat this.
