• The Board will approve all members
• Members will abide by the Culture and the Norms of the Commons
• 1 Year membership is $600 an installment plan is available
• Single month membership is $100
• Fees may be refunded for those moving with a deduction of $100 a month for months used up to a maximum of $600

Your membership includes:

• One I-Button key
• Unlimited 24/7 use of the common areas (workspaces, lounges, small meeting rooms, kitchen, etc.)
• Phone extension with email messaging – this is a benefit and not a service – it works well but not always!
• A Commons’ PO box – Mailing Address

• Internet Access (wireless & limited wired connections) – please no Torrenting – We do not offer technical support other than ensuring uptime

• Average use of the Commons’ Services (Photo copier, printer, fax, other)
• Boardroom Meeting space (based on availability) – Bookable online
• Front Room Meeting Space (Based on availability) – Bookable online
• Outside Rentals – Friends can rent the QSC for meetings. One off rentals at a flat rate of $100 for 6 hours from 6pm – 12 midnight pending availability – a contract will be necessary please contact kelly@silverorange.com
