he Board Room has a Projector – Members can take this off site under the following conditions:
- Contact a Board member first – Rob Paterson robert.paterson@gmail.com – Vicki Bryanton – vicki@vickibryanton.com – Patrick Ledwell –pledwell@patriclledwell.net
- When you have confirmed the day that you wish to take the projector away book it into the Reservation on the QSC Calendar showing the time and day (or days) that it will be out.
- Maximum term – 2 days
- If you lose it or break it– you have to replace it
